We are pleased to present the exclusive residential apartments developed by Gruppo Gaudino in the breathtaking town of Matera (MT)—a unique fusion of architectural heritage and modern living, set in one of the world’s most extraordinary landscapes.

In this ambitious project, we precisely installed Minimal Sunlight Cover windows, featuring laminated pine wood frames with a RAL 9010 white finish and white aluminium outer covers. Each window was thoughtfully designed not only to provide timeless elegance but also to ensure exceptional thermal efficiency, thanks to insulated jambs and concealed frame profiles that guarantee optimal insulation.

To maximise comfort and functionality, traditional shutters were replaced with integrated Venetian blinds within the glazing unit, connected to a smart home automation system that automatically adjusts their orientation based on solar position.
This cutting-edge solution offers precise control over light and privacy, while significantly improving the building’s overall energy performance.
